摘要
采用小粒径玻璃微珠(OB)与聚丙烯(PP)熔融共混,研究了GB含量及表面处理对复合材料拉伸性能及介电性能的影响。研究结果表明,与未经表面改性的GB相比,经过偶联剂KH-550和EB-151处理的GB与PP复合后,其拉伸性能得到明显改善;且当GB含量为20%时,经过KH-550处理的GB/PP复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和拉伸弹性模量比纯PP的分别提高了8.7%、109.6%和187.0%;复合材料的介电常数随GB含量的增加呈现增大的趋势,经过改性的复合材料的介电常数比未经改性的有所增加,而GB的含量和界面改性对介电损耗的影响不大。
The effects of small glass bead (GB)content and surface treatment on the tensile and dielectric properties were studied by melting blend of GB and polypropylene (PP). The results indicate that the tensile properties of the GB/PP composite which GB surface was treated with coupling agent(KH-550 and EB-151 )were higher than that was untreated. When GB content was 20%, the tensile strength, the elongation at break and the elastic modulus of GB/PP composites which GB surface was treated with KH-550 were respectively increased by 8.7%, 109.6% and 187.0%. The dielectric constant of the composite was increased with the addition of GB content. The dielectric constant of the GB/PP composite which GB surface was treated was higher than that was untreated, but the effects of GB content and GB surface treatment on the dielectric dissipation was little.
