摘要 [目的]探索客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)在护理本科毕业生临床综合能力评价中的应用。[方法]根据临床护理工作的特点并综合考试信度、效度和可操作性等因素,设置了护理技能操作、小组综合能力、护理程序、职业态度与评判性思维4部分13个考站,对山西医科大学259名护理本科毕业生进行技能测试。[结果]97.68%护理本科毕业生OSCE成绩在70分~89分之间,具有中等和良好的综合能力。[结论]设计的OSCE新型考试模式较好地反映了护理本科毕业生的综合能力,但也存在许多问题,需进一步解决和完善。 Objective: To probe into the application of objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) in evaluation of clinical comprehensive ability of college nursing graduates. Methods: Based on the characteristics of clinical nursing work and the reliability, validity and operational, four parts totally 13 examination stations including nursing skills manipulation, group comprehensive ability, nursing procedure, occupation attitude and critical thinking were set up. A total of 259 college nursing students in Shanxi medical university were tested on their skills. Results: The score of OSCE of 97.68% nursing graduates were at 70 - 89. They had the moderate or satisfactory comprehensive ability. Conclusion: Designed OSCE new - type of exam model could reflect the comprehensive ability of college nursing graduates better. However, many problems existed and need to be solved and perfected.
