摘要
针对电网大型变压器在运行中发现的硫腐蚀问题,初步探讨了变压器油硫腐蚀问题的各种影响因素;然后对变压器油中总硫含量及腐蚀性硫的测试方法进行了实验室研究和比较,提出了变压器油中总硫含量及腐蚀性硫测试方法的建议。
Oil sulfur erosion in large scale transformer operation has become a hot point in transformer maintenance and management. The factors influencing on sulfur erosion of the transformer oil are discussed at first in this paper. Then a detailed researches and comparisons on the measurement methods of the contents of total sulfur and active sulfur in the transformer oil are made. And the suggested measurment methods for total sulfur and active sulfur are presented finally.
