摘要
浮选柱泡沫吸浆输送技术是解决铁矿阳离子反浮选过程中泡沫输送、中矿顺行和富集十分困难的关键技术,即在浮选过程中利用安装在后续浮选柱内部的泡沫吸浆输送装置将前段浮选柱的浮选泡沫自吸进后段浮选柱,不再落地用泵输送,并对后续浮选柱实行给料,不影响设备内部的矿浆流态,同时改善后续浮选作业环境,优化分选指标。
In the process of flotation column, the transfer of the foam absorbing pulp is a key technique that is very suitable for realizing the foam conveying, medium-ore directly flowing and enriching during the reverse flotation of iron-ore. This technique is of that the foam gen .erated in the anterior column can be absorbed into the hinder one in the process flow by using the foam absorbing equipment installing in the hinder column, instead of flowing over down and pumped. In this way, a rearward column is fed additionally without affecting the slurry movement and that better conditions of the subsequent flotation operation and excellent separation results can be expected.
