短暂性脑缺血的电阻抗断层成像实验 被引量:3

摘要 电阻抗断层成像技术(electrical impedance tomography,EIT)是一门新兴的功能性成像技术,它利用不同组织之间或同一组织不同生理、病理状态下电阻率的差异,通过在生物体表施加安全的交流激励电流,同时测量体表电压的分布情况,再经图像重构算法得到体内某一截面内电阻率分布或其变化程度的图像。由于脑功能的生理变化和大脑疾病的病理改变常伴随生物电阻抗的变化,因此,在脑科学研究和大脑疾病的诊疗过程中,EIT也具有潜在的应用价值。
