摘要
目的总结健康档案管理中遇到的问题，寻求科学管理和有效利用的方法。方法从社区卫生服务工作的实际出发,参照国内文献，分析建立健康档案的意义、内容、基本要求以及存在的现状。结果健康档案的建立思想上要重视，内容上要统一，管理上要规范化、信息化。结论加强社区健康档案的建立，灵活运用健康档案是提高社区卫生服务质量的基础途径。
Objective To summarize problems of the healthy file management, find methods for reasonable management and effective utilization. Methods Analysing the meaning ,content ,basic request and present status of building up healthy file based on the reality of community healthy service and liferature in china. Results The healthy file should be pay more attention, the content should be united and the management should be standardized and informationized. Conclusion Strengthening the build of community healthy file, using healthy file skillfully are basic ways to improve the quality of community healthy service.
