摘要
目的探索区域电子健康档案数据集的组成,并在实践中应用。方法通过对卫生部健康档案数据集的研究,结合国外的相关实践,在浦东新区社区卫生服务中心健康档案的具体应用中,通过Delphi法进行数据集的遴选,并在区域内的进行健康档案信息的共享。结果共筛选出435个数据指标作为目前浦东新区社区电子健康档案最常用的数据集合,并实现了在区域内的调阅和更新。结论采用分步骤、分层次的数据集合是现阶段实现社区居民电子健康档案共享的一种有效推进方式。
Objective To explore the composition of the regional electronic health records（EHR）＇s data indexs,and the use of the EHR＇s data indexs in practice.Methods Delphi measure was adopted to select EHR＇s data indexes from the EHR＇s data indexes of the people＇s republic of China ministry of health and the foreign country and the community EHR practice in Shanghai Pudong district.And the EHR information in a region was shared.Results 435 data indexes totally as the common community EHR＇s data indexes were selected in Pudong New Area of Shanghai.And the retrieval and updating of EHR information in a region was realized.Conclusion Using community EHR＇s data indexes step by step,hierarchically was the effective propelling way to realize the sharing of community EHR information.
