摘要
离心机的易损工作部件—机壳、刮刀卸料离心机的刮刀、卧螺离心机螺旋叶片、螺旋出料腔等对材料有抗磨的要求。离心机易损工作部件新型材料包括:金属材料,在金属基体表面合金化、陶瓷化,覆盖硬质合金、高分子耐磨材料等。离心机易损工作部件新型材料的使用,可以延长离心机的寿命,减轻维修的工作量,节约维修费用。
Wearing parts of centrifuges includes the cover, scraper of scraper-discharging centrifuge, screw blades of horizontal decanter centrifuges, screw output cavity. Materials for wearing parts should be met with the demand of abrasive resistance. The new type materials are classified of metal, ceramic, carbide and polyurethane. Applications of new type materials can extend the service life of a centrifuge, cut down maintenance load, ,save on maintenance cost.
