摘要
目的测定慢性肺心病患者急性发作期血清甲状腺激素水平并观察氧疗对甲状腺功能的影响。方法分别测定98例肺心病患者急性发作期治疗前后血清甲状腺激素水平并与对照组比较。结果急性发作期患者血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)、血清甲状腺素(TT4)均较对照组低,血清促甲状腺素(TSH)无明显变化。治疗2周后血清TT3、TT4明显恢复,治疗期间氧疗时间越长,甲状腺功能恢复越好。结论缺氧使肺心病急性发作期患者TT3、TT4显著降低并与疾病的严重程度相关,氧疗可明显改善肺心病急性发作期患者甲状腺激素水平。
Objective To detect blood levels of T3, T4 and TSH in patients suffering from chronic pulmonary heart disease and investigate the effect of oxygen inspiration on serum level of thyroid hormones. Methods The levels of T3, T4 and TSH in 98 patients suffering from chronic pulmonary heart disease were detected before and after treatment and compared with control group. Results The levels of TT3 and TT4 in patients suffering from chronic pulmonary heart disease were significantly lower than those of the control group, but TSH not. After 2 weeks of treatment, The levels of TT3 and TT4 in patients suffering from chronic pulmonary heart disease were significantly recovered. The longer oxygen inspiration were used, the better the recovery of TT3 and TT4 were. Conclusion Hypoxia induces the changes of thyroid hornones in patients suffering from chronic pulmonary heart disease, and serum T3 ,T4 will significandy decrease along with the progress of disease. Oxygen inspiration can helps to improve the levels of TF3 and TF4 in patients suffering from chronic pulmonary heart disease.
