摘要
对"川草2号"老芒麦叶片光合日变化测定结果表明,晴朗天气条件下,"川草2号"老芒麦叶片净光合速率(Pn)日变化呈双峰型,其峰值分别出现在上午10:00和下午16:00,两峰之间有一低谷,出现在12:00附近。分析结果表明,叶片温度和光合有效辐射是对"川草2号"老芒麦光合作用影响最重要的环境因子,而气孔关闭则是光合午休产生的根本原因。
The diurnal variation of photosynthesis of Elymus sibiricus L. cv. ' chuancao No.2' leaves was determined. The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate of the leaves showed double-peak styles at about 10:00 am and 16:00 pm respectively, and the bottom between the two peaks appeared about 12:00pm, which indicated that leaf temperature and PAR would be the most important environment factors that affect the photosynthesis of Elymus sibiricus L. cv. 'ChuancaoNO.2', and stomatal closure caused by degression of stomatal conductance was the root cause led to photosynthetic noon-break.
