摘要
用LI-6400便携式光合分析仪测定山麦冬、阔叶山麦冬、禾叶山麦冬的光合特性。结果表明:3种植物的光补偿点均小于20μmol/(m2.s),光饱和点均小于600μmol/(m2.s),最大净光合速率较低;其光合日动态具有“午休”现象,最大净光合速率出现在10∶00,净光合速率变化受光合有效辐射,叶面温度和相对湿度等环境因素的影响,随气孔导度和叶面饱和蒸汽压亏缺等因子的变化而变化,说明3种植物耐荫性均强,不喜强光。
Study on the photosynthetic characteristics of Liriope spicata ,L. platyphylla and L. graminifolia was conducted using LI-6400 portable photosynthetic system.The results showed that the light compensation points of three species were below 20μmol/(m^2·s)
and the saturation points were bellow 600μmol/(m^2·s) at the same time;Maximum net photosynthetic rates were comparatively low; The curves of diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate(Pn) showed middle-day depression,and the peak values appeared at about 10 : 00 ; Pn was affected by photosynthesis available radiation(PAR), leaf temperature (Tl) and relative humidity(RH), and changed with the variations of stomatal conductance(Gs) and vapor pressure deficit at the leaf surface(Vpdl).The results also indicated that all these three species were shade-tolerate ,and susceptible to higher light intensity.
