摘要
江西民办高校师资队伍存在着师生比过低、兼职比例过大、结构不合理等问题,问题的产生有其自身的原因,也有社会与历史根源。文章通过对江西部分高校的调研,分析了当前江西民办高校师资队伍现状与存在的问题,探讨了民办高校如何加强师资队伍建设的措施:建立吸引人才和培养人才的体系,创建有效的人才激励机制,改革考评办法,营造人才发展的环境。
The teaching faculty of Privately- run Institute in JiangXi has many problems, such as a low teacher- student ratio, the proportion of part - time teachers excessive, irrational structure. The causes of those problems are complex, problems of their own reasons, but also social and historical roots. Based on the province of college research, analysis of the current province Private College Teachers status and the problems Private discussed how to strengthen the training of teachers, attract talent and the establishment of training personnel system, establish an effective incentive mechanism for talented people, reform evaluation as a way of creating a talent development environment.
