人工耳蜗植入者声调识别及音乐感知的研究现状 被引量:3

A review of research on the tone recognition and music perception for cochlear implantees

摘要 人工耳蜗(cochlear implant.CI)是用于成人及儿童重度感音神经性耳聋患者听力康复的神经替代物.其功能是取代病变的内耳毛细胞直接电刺激听神经而产生听觉.是目前唯一可用于人体的市场化神经替代物.使极重度耳聋患者获得或重建听力的装置。近20年来.随着多导人工耳蜗技术的完善.植入者的言语识别率逐渐提高.但对音乐感知和调式语言的学习仍有不足之处。研究者越来越关注人工耳蜗对声调识别和音乐感知的效果评价.本文仅就近几年对这两方面的研究进行综述。
