摘要
该文介绍超声波作用原理及在油脂工业上应用,综述超声波对油脂脂肪酸影响和研究前景。
A brief survey is presented on the functional principal and application of ultrasonic. The effect of ultrasonic on the fatty acid composition is also summarized. The prospect of this affection is introduced.
