摘要
针对魔芋组织培养过程中存在的污染,外植体褐变,玻璃化现象,组培苗的遗传变异,移栽成活率低等问题进行了综述并探讨了相应的解决对策,为魔芋组培工厂化提供了一定理论依据。
The existing problems in the process of Amorphophallus tissue culture, such as the pollutions, browning of explants, the vitrifications and the genetic variations of tube shoots, low transplantation survival rate and so on, were reviewed. Then the corresponding settlements were discussed. The conclusion provided a theoretical base for the factorization of Amorphophallus tissue culture.
