摘要
通过诚信缺失成因分析,认为医患双方存在角色意识差异与归因偏差,医疗主体对患者的平等主体意识滞后,医疗卫生体制不健全,卫生资源分配不公。应从强化诚信服务意识,重建医务人员职业伦理;坚持以人为本,推进人性化医疗服务;完善医院内部管理,提高医疗服务质量;做好三项沟通工作,争取宽松外部环境;加快卫生法律制度建设,维护医惠双方正当权益;健全医疗保障制度,完善社会配套措施等方面着手,正确调节社会转型期的医患利益,公正化解现实中的医患利益冲突,合理重构医患之间的诚信、友好、和谐关系,进而构建和谐社会。
Currently, the physician - patient relationship is unfavorable because of the lack of mutual trust and honesty between doctors and patients. This paper points out some concerned factors including the deviation of role orientation on the both sides of medical service, the imperfections in health regulations, and the unfair distribution of medical resources. Some countermeasures are also raised in this paper as follows. Firstly, consciousness of trust and honesty and medical professionalism should be emphasized among doctors. Secondly, humanistic and people - oriented service should be applied in the practice of medical treatment. Thirdly, inter - hospital administration and medical service should be improved as well. Fourthly, the construction of concerned health legislation should be perfected in order to protect the legal rights for the both sides in the medical service. Last but not least, health care insurance and relative systems should be modified and improved. With all the countermeasures included, the medical disputes will be minimized and a harmonious physician -patient relationship will be rebuilt.
