摘要
学生工作是中外合作办学事业生存与发展不可忽视的环节。中外合作办学学生类群特征鲜明,学生工作起步晚、办学机构学生工作认识上存在误区、组织结构不合理等问题的存在,致使中外合作办学学生工作效率普遍低下。明确办学定位、优化组织结构、引进优质资源、构建网络平台、加强学生工作者队伍专业化建设,是提高中外合作办学学生工作水平的有效策略。
Now there is an evident problem that it is in low efficiency in the management of students in international cooperation of school running. Therefore, the key wayout is to fully make use of the resources, to train the personnel to be more professional and so on.
