摘要
近年来,我国众多高校积极与国外高水平院校展开合作办学,以此引进国外优质教育资源,借鉴其先进教育教学理念和经验,提升我国高校办学水平,促进国际化人才培养,满足我国受教育者日益增长的多样化教育需求。文章以大连海事大学休斯顿国际学院为例,介绍了中外合作办学的小班化教学、助教助课、过程化评价等模式,探讨了中外合作办学理工类专业本科教学的特点、优势以及面临的挑战。此外,文章还分析了中外合作办学在师资队伍的建设、课程体系的设计、教学质量的监控等方面面临的挑战,并给出了有益建议。
In recent years,many universities in China have actively cooperated with high-level foreign universities to introduce high-quality educational resources,draw on their advanced educational and teaching concepts and experiences,improve the level of higher education in China,promote international talent cultivation,and meet the diversified educational needs of China's increasing educated population.The article takes the Houston International College of Dalian Maritime University as an example to introduce the small-scale teaching,teaching assistants,and process evaluation models of Sino foreign cooperative education.It explores the characteristics,advantages,and challenges of undergraduate teaching in science and engineering majors in Sino foreign cooperative education.In addition,the article also analyzes the challenges faced by Sino foreign cooperative education in the construction of teaching staff,design of curriculum system,and monitoring of teaching quality,and provides useful suggestions.
