摘要
网络时代对传统的参考咨询工作提出了新的要求,参考咨询工作的内容和形式发生了深刻的变革,文章结合图书馆现状讨论了网络环境下参考咨询工作的特征:物质基础呈现多样化状态,信息流动呈现对流方式,信息服务呈现合作化,咨询服务呈现实时化。并指出:参考咨询服务有可能成为图书馆工作的核心。
In network era, the form and content of traditional reference work have changed greatly.Based on the present situation, the features of library reference services are discussed in this paper: 1) diversified reference rescources; 2) convective flow of information; 3) cooperational information service; 4) real time consultation service.
