摘要
该文以陕西市高陵县张卜村为例,深入分析在新农村建设的大背景下村庄建设存在的具体问题及村庄发展要求,对村庄发展存在问题进行总结,提出分阶段、分步骤地进行规划设计,逐步改善农村环境、基础设施、社会事业发展滞后等状况,为全面建构小康社会打下良好基础。
Taking Zhangbu Village in Gaoling, Xi＇an as an example, this article deeply analyzes the specific problems in village construction and the requirement of village development under the background of new rural construction, summarizes the problems in village development, and then proposes to make planning design by stages and gradually improve the countryside environment, the infrastructure, the lag of social enterprise, etc, for the purpose to build a solid foundation for a well-off society in an all-around way.
