摘要
村庄的集聚形态、结构布局、基础设施和公共设施配套标准,是新农村规划的重要内容之一。本文在实地调查的基础上,对差异较大的农村现状制定了因地制宜的分类方法和配套指标体系,同时结合可持续发展的思想,提出了分类建设指导原则和近远期目标的实施办法。
The gathering state, structural layout, infrustructural facilities and standard of coordinated public utilities are important contents of the planning for new rural area. According to the circumstances, this paper draws up a classification and coordinated target system for rural areas where exist marked difference, lt proposes a guide to classified construction and the sustainable way to achieve the aim in short term and long term.
