摘要
运用物理化学测试手段和X衍射分别测定了铝酸钠溶液脱硅过程的物理化学性质及氧化钙脱硅所形成的水化石榴石.实验结果表明:在脱硅过程中铝酸钠溶液的表面张力、粘度、密度随着脱硅时间的延长和脱硅温度的升高均降低,确定了氧化钙作为脱硅剂的脱硅具体过程.实验结果为研究铝酸钠溶液深度脱硅提供了理论依据.
The physic-chemical characteristics of the deep desilication process （DDSP） was experimentally studied by using the XRD. The result of this experiment indicated that surface tension, viscosity and density of the desilication process decrease with increasing time and temperature. The eoncrete course of the deep desilication was confirmed. A theoretical foundation for the deep desilication by adding CaO is provided.
