摘要
系统总结了铬盐行业“十五”规划期间的发展现状、存在的问题及取得的经验教训,结合铬盐行业实际情况,基于对中国铬盐需求将继续增长的预测,从提高工艺技术水平,加强大型化、集中化规模建设,开发新品种,进行深加工,铬盐生产西移,要稳定铬铁矿资源供应,对铬渣应进行无害化处理及清洁生产等方面出发,提出了中国铬盐行业“十一五”期间的发展建议。
The current development status, existing problems, working experience and lessons of chromium salt industry during the ＂Tenth Five＂ plan were summarized. According to the practical situation of chromium salt industry and based on the forecast of demand growth of chromium salt in China, the development suggestions of chromium salt industry during the ＂Eleventh Five＂ plan are put forward. Which include improving technological level, enhancing the enterprise in large scale and centralization, developing new kind of varieties and deep processing, supplying the chromite resource stably, treating chromium residue with non - harmful and cleanning production etc..
