摘要
情感激励既不以物质因素为刺激,也不是以精神理想为刺激,而是以个人与个人之间的情感联系为手段进行。我国警察实施情感激励具有必要性和可行性。实行情感激励可以使警察组织中的人际关系得以协调,可以缓解民警压力,能够加强组织凝聚力,降低管理成本。
Emotional encouragement,which has come to be a new favourite in business management as a novel effective means of encouragement,hasn＇t been researched and appliedd as a substained effective means in Chinese public security organization.It＇s necessary and practical to implement emotional encouragement among Chinese police.Emotional encouragement can remove the stress of the police,strengthen cohesion inside police organizations,reduce the cost of mangement and harmonize the relationship in police organizations especially the relationship between cadre and people.
