摘要
高等学校的实验和实践是培养学生动手能力、独立分析问题能力、解决问题的能力的重要环节,在深入国内部分高校进行调研的基础上,对实验教学地位、实验教学经费、实验设施及实验教师待遇等方面的问题进行了分析,探索解决这些问题的方法,即增加实验经费,逐步完善实验实施;建立有效的激励机制,促进实验教师队伍建设;实行开放式实验教学,加强学生综合能力培养,激发学生学习的自主性和积极性,提高学生利用所学理论知识解决实际问题的能力,培养其创新意识和创新能力.
The experiment and practice in colleges and universities play an important role in developing students＇ abilities of practising personally,analyzing independently, and solving problems correctly. After having made an embedded survey in some domestic universities, we analyze the problems of the status and funds of the experimental teaching;the experimental installations;and the treatment of experiment teachers. And moreover ,we have expounded the necessary ways of solving these problems such as. adding more funds to experimentalizing;improving the experimental installations and the construction of the ranks of the experiment teachers step by step; constructing an effective encouraging mechanism;establishing a new mode of education with an open style;enhanceing students＇ integrative abilities to solve the practical problems independently with their knowledge; stimulating students＇ initiarive,enthusiasm and innovation abilities for study.
