摘要
利用2003—2005年我国各省义务教育生均预算内事业费和生均预算内公用经费的数据,运用标准差、极差率、变异系数和基尼系数等分析工具研究近年来我国义务教育生均预算内经费的地区差异问题,在此基础上提出缩小地区差异的政策建议。
This article uses the Budgetary per Student and public fund per student from 2003 to 2005 and adopting statistic way and gini coefficient to study regional difference of the budgetary per student of compulsory education in China,and then I propose some advice for our government.
