摘要
为考察药用植物复合多糖对断奶仔猪生产性能和淋巴细胞转化率的影响,选用28日龄、体重相近、健康的"杜长大"三元杂交断奶仔猪160头,采用单因子设计,试验猪分别饲喂基础日粮、添加了复合多糖(0.05%、0.1%、0.15%)的基础日粮或添加抗生素(0.05%抗生素)的基础日粮,每组设4个重复,每个重复8头仔猪,试验期为28d。结果表明,药用植物多糖对断奶仔猪的平均日增重和料肉比有显著影响,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的平均日增重分别比对照组提高9.34%、11.80%、19.90%和14.74%(P<0.01),料肉比分别降低了12.42%、8.28%、17.75%和14.20%(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ、Ⅳ组较对照组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组极显著提高仔猪淋巴细胞转化率(P<0.01),与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组淋巴细胞刺激指数分别提高了6.25%、8.04%、24.11%和69.64%。试验结果表明在断奶仔猪日粮中添加药用植物复合多糖能提高断奶仔猪的生产性能和机体免疫性能。
A single factorial trial was conducted to investigate the effects of added combined polysaccharides from herbs on performance and immune function of weaning piglets, three-line crossbred (Duroc X Landrace X Yorkshire) weaning piglets(28 d, the same average weight ) were randomly assigned to 5 treatments and each treatment had 4 replicates with 8 piglet per replicate : control group: basal diet, groupⅠ:basal diet+antibiotic group, groupⅡ:basal diet+0.05% polysaccharides added , group Ⅲ:basal diet+0. 10% polysaccharides added, group Ⅳ :basal diet+0. 15% polysaccharides added. The experiment was conducted for 28days. The results showed: compared with control group, the average daily gain of group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ increased by 9. 34% ,11.80%, 19.90% and 14.74%( P〈0. 01) respectively; the feed/gain of groupⅠ,Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ decreased by12. 42%, 8.28%,17. 75%,14. 20%(P〈0.05) respectively. Compared with control group and groupⅠ, the lymphocyte blastogensis of group Ⅲ and Ⅳ extremely significant difference with control group and groupⅠ, Ⅱ(P〈0. 01), compared with control group, the average stimulate index of lymphocyte blastogensis of group Ⅰ,Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ increased by6.25 %,8. 04 %, 24. 11%和69. 64%respectively. In conclusion, the addition of combined polysaccharides in the diet improved growth performance and immune function of weaning piglets.
