摘要
目的观察常用局麻药对蟾蜍坐骨神经干兴奋性的影响,为临床用药提供电生理学依据。方法分别用普鲁卡因、利多卡因和布比卡因整体浸泡蟾蜍坐骨神经干,分别测定它们对蟾蜍坐骨神经干兴奋性的影响以及兴奋性消失后再恢复的时间。结果神经干在浸泡药液后兴奋性均受到抑制;用林格液冲洗后兴奋性均能恢复。普鲁卡因和利多卡因起效快,而布比卡因起效较慢;普鲁卡因作用持续时间较短、利多卡因居中、布比卡因最长。结论普鲁卡因起效快,但作用持续时间短;而布比卡因起效慢,但作用持续时间长;利多卡因起效快,作用持续时间居中。
Objective Investigating the effect of commonly used local anesthetics on the excitability of the ischiadic nerve of toad, providing electrophysiology basis for clinical use of local anesthetic. Methods The toad ischiadic nerve was soaked in one of the three local anesthetics : procaine, lidocaine and bupivacaine. The excitability of the toad ischi- adic nerVe was studied to note the disappearance time of action potential (AP). The nerve was then washed with Ringer's solution to note the recovery time of AP. Results The excitability of ischiadic nerve was surpressed by all of the three local anesthetics and recovered after being washed with Ringer's solution. Conclusion Procaine reacts fast, but lasts short; bupivacaine reacts slowly but lasts longer time; while lidocaine reacts fast and has a duration in the middle.
