摘要
阐述了纯涤纶织物仿真丝织物设计与实验的基本方法.为使涤纶织物达到真丝织物的效果,需对涤纶织物采用碱减量整理,通过对整理前后的织物进行服用性能的测量和比较,综合考虑织物减量效果和织物强力,得出了涤纶织物碱减量的最佳处理工艺:烧碱质量分数为20%;恒温浸渍温度为90℃;恒温浸渍的时间为25 min.
The alkali weight-lost treatment of pure polyester fabric is necessary to make it like silk fabric. After compared the wearing characteristic of fabric, as well as the effect of decrement and the change of strength, the optimum process of alkali weight-lost was the density of NaOH 20%, the temperature of soaking 90 ℃, the time of constant temperature soaking 30 min.
