摘要
将溶胶-凝胶法制备的纳米TiO2应用于棉织物的抗紫外线整理。对无机盐溶液浓度、焙烘时间、焙烘温度等三个影响因素进行单因素分析,测试了各参数对织物的抗紫外线性能、白度、断裂强力以及折皱回复角的影响,确定最佳处理工艺为:无机盐溶液浓度0.5g/L,焙烘温度100℃,焙烘时间2min。整理后,棉织物UPF值可由6.72提高到60左右,抗紫外线性能显著增强。
Nano-titanium dioxide as an anti-UV agent was prepared by sol-gel method, application process to cotton fabric was carried out. Influence of salt concentration, curing time and temperature were discussed. The UV resistance, whiteness, breaking strength and the angel of the recovery were measured, the optimum conditions were defined, which is, salt concentration 0.5g/L, curing at 100℃ for 2 minutes. UPF value of the treated cotton was above 60.
