摘要
本文研究了NH4HCO3沉淀稀土的工艺过程。实验结果表明:Y2O3粉末的性能与温度、pH值、浓度等因素有关。高温反应得到的沉淀物不仅易过滤,且包裹水少,控制适当的反应条件可获得平均粒径为4μm的Y2O3颗粒。
The technological processes of NH 4HCO 3 Precipitating rare earth had been studied. The results show that the property of Y 2O 3 powders is relative to the factors of temperature, pH value and concentration. The precipitate obtained in the high temperature reaction is not only filtered easily ,but also contains a little packed water.By controlling the conditions of reaction ,the Y 2O 3 powders particle of D 50 =4μm can be obtained.
