摘要
本文根据目前我国区域经济合作中经济增长模式不适应可持续发展的需要,区域资源供需矛盾突出,严重制约区域经济增长质量和效益进一步提高的严峻局面,指出在区域合作中应遵循循环经济的理念,区域经济发展与生态建设的良性循环才能得以实现,并提出了促进区域循环经济发展的措施建议。
Based on the present serious situation that the model of economic growth cannot meet the need of continuous development in the regional economic cooperation and that it has heavily restricted the quality and efficiency of further regional economic growth. This paper has pointed out that in the regional cooperation, we should follow the principle of circular economy in order to develop regional economy and positive cycle of eco - construction. Besides, some proposals have been put forward to stimulate the development of regional circular economy.
