Progress and Application in Low Temperature Methanol Cleaning Process

摘要 介绍了德国Linde、Lurgi公司低温甲醇洗工艺流程,对该工艺的特点及国内应用情况进行了综述。与其他酸性气体净化工艺相比,低温甲醇洗工艺具有选择性好、净化度高、吸收力强、能耗及操作费用低的特点。目前国内采用的低温甲醇洗工艺大多数是引进技术,成本费用较高,针对这种现状提出了注重自主创新、开发具有自主知识产权的专有技术和设备,以降低成本增强市场竞争力的建议。 The paper introduced the low temperature methanol cleaning process from Linde and the Lurgi Corporation, Germany, and summarized to characteristics of the process and the application in China. The low temperature methanol cleaning process has characteristics of good selectivity and high degree of purification, and strong absorption, low energy consumption and operating costs, comparing with other acidic gas purification process. The most of low temperature methanol cleaning process used in China was imported with higher cost. It was suggested that develop our own intellectual property rights of proprietary technologies and equipment in order to reduce costs and increase our market competitiveness.
