摘要
在气体净化方法中,低温甲醇洗法在国内大型氮肥装置中应用较多,聚乙二醇二甲醚法(国外商品代号Selexol,国内商品代号NHD)在国外大型氮肥装置中应用较多。从技术经济指标出发,对这2种气体净化工艺进行了分析和对比;论述了Selexol法脱硫脱碳的工艺设计要领和生产控制要素,对设计中易出现的问题提出了相关建议。
In gas purification methods, the Rectisol process was more widely used in large-sized nitrogen fertilizer plants, polyethylene glycol dimethylether (brand code abroad is Selexol, brand code at home is NHD) was more widely used in large-sized nitrogen fertilizer plants abroa& From the point of view of technical and economic indexes, the analysis, comparison and discussion were made for these two kinds of gas purification processes ; process design gist and production control factors were discussed on desulfurization and de-carbon with Selexol method, relative suggestions have been presented for the problem easily existed in the design.
