摘要
在分析岷江上游地区资源开发与产业结构演化的基础上,用层次分析法对该区资源开发和产业发展选择进行了定量探讨,得出该区资源开发的方向和重点为:水资源>旅游资源>土地资源>气候资源>生物资源>矿产资源.并在层次分析结果的基础上,对本区资源开发和生态能源产业、生态旅游产业、生态农业和生态工业等产业发展的对策进行了讨论.
Based on the analysis of resources exploitation and industrial evolution, the order and focal points of resources exploitation and industrial development in the Upper Reaches of Minjiang River are quantitatively calculated with the analytic hierarchy process. The result shows that the order and focal points of resouurces exploitation is： water resources 〉 tourism resources 〉 land resources 〉 climatic resources 〉 biological resourees 〉 mineral resourees. Based on tile above analysis, countermeasures for resources exploitation and industrial development, such as eco-energy, eco-tourism, eco-agricutture and eeo-industry and etc, are discussed.
