胶乳增强免疫比浊法测量肌钙蛋白的方法学评价和应用 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]探讨肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)胶乳增强免疫比浊法测定的方法学性能及其临床应用。[方法]对胶乳增强免疫比浊法检测cTnI进行相关性、线性范围、精密度和抗凝剂干扰的检测,并对149例体检正常对照人员进行测定,确定参考范围。[结果]胶乳增强免疫比浊法检测cTnI相关性(r^2=0.989);线性范围为0-25 ng/ml;批内及批间精密度均小于10%;EDTA-K2对测定有负干扰;正常对照组参考范围0-1.45 ng/ml。[结论]该法相关性好、线性范围宽、精密度高、肝素抗凝剂干扰小,具有较高的临床应用价值。
