摘要
校园文化是高校特有的精神环境和文化氛围，是高校提升办学质量、实现可持续发展的重要推动力。当前，高校应积极进行校园文化建设，以适应新时代发展要求。其中，要着力加强文化的传承和创新，弘扬大学精神；要营造和凝练办学特色，加强制度建设和组织领导，将校园文化建设纳入议事日程，把校园文化建设作为和谐校园、和谐文化建设的重要内容予以重视。
Campus culture is the unique spiritual environment and cultural atmosphere of colleges and it is an important impetus to enhance college-running quality and attain sustainable devdopment. At present, colleges and universities should actively innovate campus culture construction in order to adapt to the development requirement of the new era. Culture inheritance and innovation should be strengthened and college spirit should be developed; college-running characteristics should be created, strengthened and innovated. System and organization establishment should be strengthened, construction of campus culture should be listed on the agenda and given priority to as an important part of harmonious campus and harmonious culture construction.
