摘要
选择不同籼粳型的籼粳稻种子,经谷粒、谷壳、米粒、空壳、萌动谷粒及糙米6种方式处理表明:水稻苯酚的染色反应与谷粒部位有关,以去糙米谷壳的反应最明显,颜色最深、差异最大,其次为充实谷粒;空瘪谷粒籼型、偏籼型与偏粳型的反应差异大;糙米也有微弱反应,颜色浅、变化小。酚反应的成分主要存在于谷壳中,且与受精和籽粒发育的关系不大。
The phenol reaction of different indica-japonica rice varieties was studied by way of six treatments, i.e. grain, hull, hulled grain, empty grain, soaking grain and rice. The results showed that phenol reaction is related to the part of grain. The phenol reaction to hull was the most obvious in color and difference, followed by filled grain, while empty grains showed difference between indica, quasi-in- dica type and quasi-japonica type, and hulled grain had a little reaction. The chemicals of phenol re- action presented in the hull and with little relation to the fertilization and development of the grain.
