摘要
目的:研究黄芪多糖(APS)注射液对氢化考地松致免疫功能低下小鼠血清IL一4、IFN-γ的影响,探讨黄芪多糖注射液调节机体免疫功能的作用,为APS的临床应用提供实验依据。方法:ELISA法检测血清中IL-4及IFN-γ水平。结果:APS能够使免疫功能低下小鼠血清IFN-γ水平明显升高,而IL-4水平很低。结论:APS能够重建免疫功能低下机体正常的免疫功能,促进机体ThO向Thl分化,维持TH1,的优势状态,增强机体的细胞免疫功能。
Objective:To study the effect of RPS to IL-4,In-y in the hypoimmunity mice induced by hydrocortisone, to discuss its function of regulating the immune function, to provide the experiment basis for clinical practice of APS. Methods: the level of cytokine IFN - r and IL4 were detected by ELISA. Result: APS can raise the level of serum IFN - r obviously in hypoimmunity mice, and the level of IL - 4 was very low. Conclusion: APS can rebuild immune function of hypoimmuni ty mice, promoted organism ThO to split up to Thl, maintained the advantage state of TH1, strengthened the function of cellular mediated imrnunoresponse.
