摘要
本文主要介绍适宜在YH400、600、800型液流式自动减减量机上进行涤纶织物渗透碱减量加工工艺.通过对桃皮绒、卡丹绒、水洗绒、华达呢等10种织物的碱减量试验,筛选了适应涤纶减量的渗透剂,获得了各种织物碱减量试验数据,以指导实际生产.
In the absence of accelerating agent, normal temperature penetrating technology was introduced to alkali deweighting process of polyester fabrics on home-made YH400, 600, or 800 modal automatic overflow alkali deweighting machines. Through alkali deweighting trials on ten kinds of the fabrics such as peach-skin fabric, sand-washing fabric and gabercord etc. , thus suitable penetrating agent for polyester alkali deweighting and testing data of various fabrics are obtained. The present situation of alkali deweighting for polyester fabric is also reviewed in this paper.
