摘要
当前我国高校面临着国内外形势的种种发展和变化,自身的教育体制改革也在深入开展,这就对高校学生管理工作提出了更多更高的要求,使学生管理工作面临了许多的挑战和困难。但挑战与机遇并存。高校的学生管理工作应当走职业化、专业化的改革之路,适应形势发展,探索创新,推进高教改革,构建和谐校园。
Presently chinese universities face to many developments and changes home and abroad, also its educational reform is deepening now. This situation calls for more and higher demands for university students and challenges the job of student＇ s management. While challenges and chances meet together here. Student＇ s management should reform in a professional and specialized way thus to apply to the changes and creations, and also it can help to improve the educational reform and build harmony campus.
