摘要
高校研究生事务是研究生教育的重要组成部分,是影响研究生教育质量的重要环节。专业化符合研究生教育的发展规律,是高校研究生事务发展的必然趋势,且具有现实的可行性。为了实现我国高校研究生事务的专业化,必须转变传统的研究生事务观,注重相关课题研究的应用性,促进从业人员的专业化,实现工作内容和方法的科学化。
The graduate student affairs is an essential component of graduate student education and an important fac-tor which contributes to the quality education of graduate students.The specialization of graduate student affairs a-grees with the laws of the development of the graduate student affairs in universities and keeps up with the new trend of graduate student affairs,and it is feasible.To implement the specialization,something must be done: change the traditional ideas about graduate student affairs,emphasize the application of scientific research,promote the special-ization of relevant personnel and achieve scientific level of the contents and methods of the work.
