摘要
通过规范整理17 858份中国地方粳稻种资源的特征特性相关资料信息,中国地方粳稻种资源主要分布在南方,云南是粳稻种资源多样性集中的一个区域,故重点整合云南3141份地方粳稻种资源资料信息。针对稻种资源的主要特征特性,尤其是红米等特种稻类型资源,利用G IS等手段分别从地理分布、早中晚稻、水陆稻、特种稻、抗性、米质等6个部分进行统计和分析,进一步摸清了中国特别是云南地方粳稻种资源的特征特性、分布和多样性的表现,其分析结果可为稻作各领域研究提供参考信息。
Through sorting out the data normally about characteristics of 17858 copies of local Japonice rice germplasm in China,it was found that local Japonice rice germplasm mainly distributed in the south of China and the Yunnan.Prouince was the center of Japonice rice germplasm.The thesis emphatically combined the data in 3141 copies of local Japonice rice germplasm in Yunnan.Aiming at the main characteristics of rice germplasm,and the means such as GIS,were used to add up and analyse the geographical distribution,season type,lowland or upland rice,special rice,resistance and grain quality,and more about the characteristics,distribution and diversity of local Japonice rice germplasm.The result of these analysis could be considered as reference for rice study in all kinds of fields.
