摘要
国以才立,业以才兴,企以才盛。国家、社会的发展依赖于教育事业的发展,作为基础教育的义务教育更应该得到优先发展,而免费义务教育则是大大促进我国教育事业的整体发展和促进社会和谐的关键。
Country, industry and enterprise develop based on talents. So the development of country and society depends on the development of education. Compulsory education, the basic education, should development first. The flee compulsory education is vital to promote the overall development of Chinese education and social harmony.
