凉山州彝族农村地区0~3岁婴幼儿家庭教养问题及改善建议

Problems and Suggestions on Family Rearing of 0~3 Years old Children in Yi Rural Area of Liangshan Prefecture

摘要 凉山州彝族农村地区0~3岁婴幼儿早期教养主要由家庭承担,家长对婴幼儿教养的观念和引导对婴幼儿后期的发展有重要影响。选取凉山州彝族农村地区128名0~3岁婴幼儿监护人作为主要研究对象,通过问卷调查和实地走访了解当前彝族农村地区婴幼儿教养的问题,并通过访谈深入了解到彝族农村地区婴幼儿教养存在的具体困难和原因。结果发现:彝族农村地区家长在婴幼儿教养方面存在教养目的忽视人格培养、教养观念重包办代替、教养方式以专制型为主、环境创设重拿来主义等问题。为改变这一现状,家长应转变育儿观念,切实履行教养的主体责任,政府应主导家庭教养指导服务的管理体系,社会各界应在政府的规划下积极有序地参与到彝族农村地区家庭教养的研究和指导中来。 The early education of infants and children aged 0~3 years in rural areas of Yi Rural in Liangshan Prefecture is mainly undertaken by the family.The concept and guidance of parents on early education have an important impact on the later development of infants and children.A total of 128 guardians of infants aged 0~3 years in rural areas of Yi Rural in Liangshan Prefecture were selected as the main research objects.Through questionnaire survey and field visit,the current problems of infants rearing in rural areas of Yi Rural were understood.Through interviews,the specific difficulties and causes of infants rearing in Yi Rural were thoroughly understood.The results show that parents in Yi Rural have some problems in infants and children rearing,such as neglecting personality cultivation for the purpose of rearing,replacing the concept of rearing with outsourcing,giving priority to the authoritarian way of rearing,and creating and reusing the environment.In order to change this situation,parents should enhance the concept of parenting and fulfill the main responsibility of parenting;The government should lead the management system of family rearing guidance service,and all sectors of society should actively and orderly participate in the research and guidance of family rearing in Yi rural areas under the governments planning.
