旋风分离器环形空间三维流场的数值模拟 被引量:1

Numerical Simulation to Three-Dimensional Flow Field in Annular Space of Cyclone

摘要 采用改进的雷诺应力输运模型加入到FLUENT软件平台上,模拟旋风分离器环形空间的三维强旋湍流流场分布,重点分析环形空间流场的分布特征。模拟值与实验值基本吻合,说明改进的雷诺应力输运模型可以对环形空间流场分布有较好的预报效果。结果表明:环形空间流场呈显非轴对称性分布,进口处存在短路流。 The modified Reynolds Stress Model was selected and incorporated into the platform of FLUENT to simulate the flow field distribution of three-dimensional strong swirl in annular space of cyclone and espe-cially analyzed the distribution characteristic of flow field in annular space. Simulative value with modified Reynolds Stress Model ac-corded with the experimental results,which revealed that the modi-fied RSM was suitable to forecast the distribution of flow field in annular space. The results shows that the gas-phase flow field is asym-metric in annular space,and short circuit flow is formed around the gas inlet of cyclone.
