摘要
针对FW-Φ150型强制涡卧式涡轮分级机的内腔流场,利用最新的计算流体力学(CFD)技术,建立起分级机叶片间的三维旋转流场模型,分别考虑叶片形状为直形和带后弯导板形时,对流场湍流动能进行了数值模拟。
Aiming to flow field of inner cavity in FW-φ150 compelling vortex horizontal turbine classifier, the paper founds model of three-dimension rotary flow field between vane of turbine classifier by the latest technology of Calculation Flow Dynamic (CFD), respectively considering shape of vane as straight and guild plate with backward bend, and makes digital simulation to turbulent kinetic energy in flow field.
