摘要
对1990年7月-2006年3月国内外高位腰椎间盘突出症(ULDH)的临床研究成果进行回顾性分析,ULDH的发生可能与年龄、性别、职业、遗传、病史等有关,并且近年来发病率有增高趋势。高位腰椎间盘的解剖特点决定了ULDH的临床表现复杂、误诊率高。一旦确诊应及时手术治疗以避免神经功能恢复困难甚至造成终身残疾。
It is based on the retrospect and summary of the domestic and overseas achievements of the clinical research on upper lumbar intervertebral disc herniation from July 1990 to March 2006.The occurrence of upper lumbar intervertebral disc herniation may be relevant to age,sex,occupation,genetics and history.The incidence has an ascendant tendency for the past few years.The anatomic characteristics of upper lumbar intervertebral disc herniation result in complex clinical appearances and heigher misdiagnosis rate.It should be recommarded that surgical operation on time to prevent the irreversible neurological injury and deformity.
