摘要
高校新生班主任在高等教育这个舞台上扮演着多种角色,新生班主任要指导和激励学生努力学习,要帮助新生设计和规划未来的发展,要引导新生更快地适应高校的新环境,要教育新生形成正确的人生观和价值观,要成为新生班级建设的组织者和领导者,还是新生心理健康的保健者和咨询师。
Freshmen class advisors play multiple roles at colleges or universities. They are first supposed to supervise the class and cultivate learning interests, and further to assist freshmen design and plan their future. They are also in the position to steer them into the right channel at the new environment, and direct them form proper life philosophy. As a result, they are the organizer, the leader, and the psychiatrist for the class.
