摘要
为了寻找测定碳酸钴中痕量氯离子的分析方法,对硫氰酸汞-高铁盐间接比色测定碳酸钴中痕量氯离子的条件及阳离子交换分离钴的条件进行系统的研究。采用高酸度、高浓度的高铁离子用量,使灵敏度提高了60%,摩尔吸光系数ε460=2.88×10^3L/mol—cm。钴分离达到99.9%以上,加标回收率在96.13~99.92%之间。对于氯含量〈10×10^-6和〈100×10^-4的试样,标准偏差S分别为6.16×10^-5和2.19×10^-4,RSD分别为9.34%和3.22%。该方法是一个能够准确、稳定、操作简便地测定碳酸钴中痕量氯离子的分析方法。
In order to find a chemical analysis method for determination of trace chlorine ion in cobalt carbonate, the conditions for determination of the trace chlorine ion in cobalt carbonate with indirect colorimetric method between mercuric thiocyanate and ferric iron salt, and the conditions for the cation exchange separation of cobalt are systematically investigated. The coloration sensitivity is increased by 60 % by using high acidity and high ferric iron ion concentration, the molar absorption coefficient ε460 = 2.88 ×10^3 L/mol-cm. And the cobalt separation rate reaches to 99.9 % . The recoveries of adding standard are in the range of 96.13 % - 99.92 %. For the samples chlorine content less than 10× 10^- 6 and less than 100 × 10^- 6, the standard deviation S values are 6.16 × 10^-5 and 2.19× 10^-4 and the RSD values are 9.34% ,and 3.22%, respectively. The method investigated is an accurate, stable, conveniently operational method for determination of the trace chlorine ion in cobalt carbonate.
